Meet Cathy Di Leo, the Owner and Creative Visionary
Cathy Di Leo is the owner and creative visionary behind Di Leo Design & Staging. She brings a wealth of experience in both the creative and financial sides of the retail industry, including working with some of the top retailers in the country such as The Gap Inc., J Crew, Toys R Us, Foot Locker, and L'Oreal. Her experience in buying, product development, merchandise planning and allocation, brick and mortar sales, web fulfillment, and catalog sales has equipped her with a unique set of skills that she brings to the interior decorating and staging industry.
How Cathy's Passion for Interior Decorating and Staging Began
While working for a home furnishing store in the Tampa area, Cathy developed a passion for home interiors and realized that she could apply what she had learned about business, trends, buying, and design to transition her strengths into her own staging and design business. In 2019, she decided to take a leap of faith and open up Di Leo Design & Staging, and since then she has completed hundreds of hours in coursework becoming certified in Home Staging, Interior Decorating, Interior Paint Color Application, and E-Design.

As an HSR Certified Home Staging and Redesign professional, I’ve successfully completed a RESA (Real Estate Staging Association) accredited home staging and redesign certification; one of the most extensive programs available to home stagers. I've earned certification as a Psychological Color Expert™ (PCE™), demonstrating mastery in specifying interior paint in residential applications. Lastly, as an Expert E-Designer, I've earned certification in online decorating, sourcing and mood board creation to help assist my clients with decorating from the comfort of their own home. As a Tampa Bay and Wesley Chapel Home Staging and Decorating company, I proudly provide Home Staging services, Interior Decorating and Redesign, Interior Paint Color consultation and virtual E-Design services to Tampa Bay, Wesley Chapel, Pinellas, Hillsborough, Pasco Counties and surrounding areas.
